Staff Policy
As a policy, wherever possible, we will recruit and train local staff to fill as many paid positions, as is financially viable in order to alleviate local unemployment. Some positions will be “live in”. Some positions will be filled by volunteers. Volunteers from overseas will provide their own board and lodging. Staff training is an ongoing part of the management of the organisation in order to secure quality care for the children.
