The Property

The property is a smallholding of 22 acres (about 9 hectares) with some macadamia nut trees and gum trees, a four bedroom home, a renovated flat including office and boardroom, together with ancillary outbuildings. It is located just 5 minutes from the Murchison Hospital (the rural hospital serving the community just 20 km away from Port Shepstone) with which Rehoboth has established a good relationship.  It is situated in rolling farmland, is privately located and is spacious enough to develop the 11 units to accommodate 48 children. The property was purchased on the 3rd of January 2002. Rehoboth occupied it however from the 1st of November 2001.
